Our grateful thanks go out to all the volunteers for braving the glorious if freezing temperatures over the weekend. Giving up your day to support the sport of eventing is a labour of love and appreciated by the competitors. Paula Kopydlowski parent of children competing writes “thank you you for a brilliant day Eventing at Frenchfields. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My youngest daughter, Erin, thoroughly enjoyed her first BE90u18 and we’d like to thank you for a challenging, but safe, course. We had great fun and learnt lots too. We recognise the huge effort it takes to organise these events and we would like you and all your staff and volunteers to know it is much appreciated”.
Well done to local riders Amy Idle and Amy Veitch from Penrith who came 10th and 11th in BE90 Sec M on Saturday.
